Teaching: From 1991 WIZO College, Haifa, co-ordinator of photographic department; School of Photography, Jerusalem; from 1992 Camera Obscura, Tel Aviv. Prizes: 1980, 1981, 1988, 1989, 1990 America-Israel Cultural Foundation; 1982 Biennale Prize, Museum of Modern Art, Haifa; 1990 Minister of Education Prize for a Young Artist; 1991 Gerard Levy Prize for Photography, Israel Museum, Jerusalem; 1991 Kodak Prize, Israel Photographic Biennale. 1991 Founded Pyramid Central Art Workshop and Gallery for Contemporary Art, Haifa. Worked as theatre photographer for Haifa Municipal Theatre, Habimah and Cameri, Tel Aviv. His works are in many collections. Lived in Mevasseret Zion. Died in a terrorist bomb exploson in Nahariya, 9.9.2001.
