Rafi Kotz is a journalist photographer who has worked as a stuff photographer at the Jerusalem Magazine "Kol Hair" since 1988. He studied photography at the Vitzo institution in Haifa Israel and was born on Kibbutz Ein Hashofet. He participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions.
"Since my childhood I have been attracted to photography. I would look at the pictures and see a unique complexity never to return. To me it was a wonder.
Being a press photographer helped me cross over boundaries and connect with people. I believe that there are moments with meaning beyond the present time and place, and if I can capture that elusive presence and preserve it in a picture, it will continue to touch our hearts." -Rafi Kotz
